Yeah, I used to be cool.... then one day I just became some little human's snack-bitch. 

I’m an unfiltered, overworked mom of two little ones, a pharmacist by trade, and a passionate advocate for maternal mental health. Before kids, I roamed the globe freely, experiencing over 25 countries and many of the world's wonders. 

Like many moms, I’ve juggled the chaos of raising kids while caring for aging parents and managing a career. Exhaustion, loneliness, guilt, and overwhelm were daily realities—ones I know so many moms face.
 

What kept me going? My community. My "tribe" became my lifeline, helping me navigate the challenges of motherhood and reminding me that self-care isn’t selfish—it’s SURVIVAL. 

Now, I’m on a mission to help other moms do the same: prioritize themselves, build meaningful connections, and rediscover joy through shared experiences. 

At Wandermama, we believe in the power of community and adventure to heal and uplift. Whether it’s through our supportive "Pink Couch Chats," inspiring blog posts, or transformative trips designed just for moms, we’re here to remind you: You matter. Your mental health matters. And you deserve this.
